The information presented here is believed to be reliable and trustworthy but it is subject to change at any time without notice.


Order Acceptance

Best tailor shop Inc may at times request verification of information prior to acceptance and processing of an order placed into our database. Best tailor shop reserves the right to refuse and cancel any order.  

 
Delivery

After completion of an order you should expect a delivery in 2-3 weeks. However, at times delivery may take up to 5 weeks due to the acts of nature, human mechanical or technical errors/faults or due to changes in custom procedures and schedules at the country of dispatch or delivery.


Policy Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours post which you will be liable for a full payment should you wish to cancel the order. We do not guarantee cancellation of any order incase it has already been submitted for processing.


Fabric

Best tailor shop may or may not have all the fabrics available at all times. The customer will be notified of the expected restocking date or offered a close substitute of the cloth.


Refund/Return Policy
    
Due to the fact that our each product is 100% custom made we have NO REFUND policy. We will do everything to correct the error/problem in the garment and replace it.


Tolerances

The suit is created using the measurements that you specify. The measurements are applied to the model that you have chosen - classic or slim fit. There might be some visible chalk strokes on your suit when you unpack it, they are from the tailors chalk and can easily be removed with a damp cloth. We recommend dry cleaning of your suit. In some rare cases the fabric chosen by the customer might be out of stock and thus not be available to our tailor. In these conditions Best Tailor Shop reserves the right to change the fabric to one of the similar looking and quality fabric.

Freight

The delivery cost for suits and sport coats will be included in the price. Best tailor shop cannot be held responsible for possible shipment delays as all shipments are handled by courier companies. In situations beyond our control when the customer is not available at shipping address or shipment delays due to human/mechanical/technical errors or force majeure or custom procedures it is understood that Best tailor shop is not responsible for any liability . All purchases made from Best tailor shop include a shipment contract. When the order is in carrier's hands the carrier is responsible of it.

Best tailor shop reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove/edit content or cancel order in their own sole discretion.


Guarantee

If the product you receive does not correspond to the product you have ordered or there are obvious errors you will be sent a brand new product. You may have to send a picture of the error. It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct measurements at the time of order; Best Tailor Shop will not take any responsibility for incorrect measurements. If you need to alter your suit you can take it to a local tailor, Best Tailor Shop will give you a refund of us$40 when you send us a copy of your receipt.


Copyright Complaints

Best Tailor Shop respects the intellectual property of others. If you consider yourself to be the rightful owner of some work that has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement please contact us and we will credit you the right on our website or remove the picture/work if so desired. Force Majeure

In case of natural disaster, war, labor disputes, government edicts, delivery failures from suppliers' and similar extraordinary circumstances Best Tailor Shop will not be responsible for completing the term specified as per the contract.

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to besttailorshop.com is governed by laws of Thailand and are in accordance with your statutory right.
